How do I know if my photo is suitable?
Be sure to view our image guidelines before placing your order to find out if your photo(s) are suitable. You can also contact us and our team will be happy to help. We will only contact you in the event that an alternative image is required.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are shipped within 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number after your order has been dispatched. In periods of high demand there may be a slight delay.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders Australia wide.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we are unable to provide shipping outside of Australia.

What paper do you use?
We use slightly textured fine art paper at 310 gsm for all our prints. This paper has an archival museum rating, set to last over 50 years without fading. Our paper and print capabilities allow us to print with a full colour profile enabling high dynamic range and a vibrant end product. We pride ourselves on our industry leading print and paper quality.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We have a range of gift cards that cover all product option, view our gift cards page here.

What is the maximum number of people I can have in a portrait?
Our group portraits can accommodate up to 6 people.

Do you provide framing?
We do not currently include a framing option with our artworks. Many of our customers prefer to choose their own frames. Our posters are compatible with frames from most retailers.

Can I email you a photo instead?
If you are having trouble with the upload form please email us directly at info@paintmyfamily.com.au with your preferred photo and we should be able to sort something out.

What if I’m not happy with my order?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we’ll do our best to make it right! Please contact our support team at info@paintmyfamily.com.au.

What is your refund policy?
If you change your mind before our design team has started on your order a refund may be granted at our discretion. We do not offer returns or refunds on printing as each portrait is personalised specifically for your pet. Our full refund policy is available here.
